- What is Barking Deals?
- Barking Deals is a social buying program that invites pet lovers and their friends to save up to 30% to 90% percent each day on their favorite pet products and services. We offer amazing deals each day by partnering with manufacturers and distributors, and providing our customers the ability to share these deals through a variety of social networking vehicles with friends, family, or business associates.
- Do I need to register in order to see the deal of the day?
- You can view our daily national deals without registering—a new discounted product is featured on the homepage of our website 5-6 days a week. If you want to keep your paw on the pulse of what deals are being offered for your city, choose your location from the drop-down menu on our homepage and enter your e-mail address to receive updates on what local deals are being offered in your city.
- Does it cost to register?
- It doesn’t cost anything to register for Barking Deals. There are no dues, fees, or automatic charges. You only pay for the deals you want, when you want them. You can sign up for our daily deal e-mails without registering, but registration is required in order to purchase a deal. Register NOW so you’ll be ready to snatch up the next totally pawesome deal before time (or supply) runs out.
- Is there a minimum before the deal tips?
- No, you get your deal immediately. There is no wait for a tipping point.
- Can I purchase more than one?
- Absolutely! The very first step of the checkout process will ask you for the quantity. However, there may be times when national deal quantities may be limited due to supply or, in the case of some of our local deal vouchers, subject to additional restrictions.
- Can I order yesterday's deal?
- Unfortunately no you cannot so if you see a deal you want, purchase it before the deal either sells out or the day ends. We wouldn't want you to miss out on any of our amazing deals!
- What will I be billed?
- You will be billed the advertised amount of the deal, plus any applicable sales tax. Should you happen to purchase more than one of the same deal, you are charged the advertised amount of the deal multiplied by the quantity purchased.
- Is my information safe with you?
- Yes. We use a secure credit card process to make sure your personal information and credit card information is safe. Your credit card information is transmitted over an encrypted SSL connection and your information is not stored on our servers.
- How does Facebook Connect work?
- Facebook Connect can be used in lieu of registering at Barking Deals. Simply click on the blue "Login with Facebook" button and enter your Facebook credentials if prompted. Barking Deals does not use any of your Facebook information other than to authenticate you.
- I don't remember my login
- If you have forgotten your password, you may click here to reset it. If you have forgotten your email address or are unable to receive emails at your registered address, please contact us via email or phone. We will be able to update your information.
- How do I opt-out of receiving daily deal alerts?
- You may unsubscribe from Barking Deals emails at any time by visiting the this page or by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any email that you received from us.
- Your emails end up in my SPAM folder?
- We only send you emails regarding your orders (invoice & shipping status) and optionally, daily deal notifications. In order to receive email reliably, please read these instructions to see how you can white list Barking Deals.

- What are the shipping costs?
- After the close of the deal, your item is sent to you directly. Standard Shipping is FREE! Expedited Shipping is available on certain deals.
- How long before my product arrives?
- It usually takes 4 to 6 business days. If you have not received your shipment in a reasonable amount of time, please contact us via email or phone. Note: Currently we ship only in United States.

Just like our national deals, vouchers offer 30-90% off retail price. What makes our voucher truly unique is the fact that they’re specific to your city! Use Barking Deal vouchers at establishments you and your pooch already frequent, or would love to try. Now there’s a reason to wag your tail!
How do vouchers work?
Barking Deals sniffs out the coolest pet merchants and services including veterinary care available in your area and then, using our good looks and considerable charms, we negotiate a huge discount which is featured as the deal of the day on our website and distributed as an e-mail update to our pack of registered pet lovers. To use a Barking Deals voucher follow these steps:
- Purchase the local deal of the day for your area
- Print your Barking Deals voucher on your home printer
- Take it to the featured pet business for huge discounts and savings on products and services
How do I get my voucher?
After the close of the deal, your credit card will be charged and you will receive notification via email. Retrieving your voucher is simple. Just sign in to your Barking Deals account and click on “Orders.” Then it’s as simple as clicking “View Receipt” to pull up all the important deets and print your voucher.
Are there any terms and conditions I should be aware of?
Just like there are many dog and cat breeds, there are lots of different types of daily deal vouchers. The terms of each deal are posted along with the deal’s description on our website, and we’ll include them on the voucher too so you don’t forget. From use-by-dates to one-per-household limitations, we’ll make sure that all conditions and restrictions are clearly outlined for each deal BEFORE you make a purchase.
What if my bill is less than the face value of the voucher?
Your Barking Deals voucher is worth its face value for products and services at the specified pet business. It’s not the same as cash. No change will be given if you spend less than the face value of your voucher, so go ahead and buy that extra squeaky toy or opt for the organic dog shampoo.
Can my voucher be used toward sales tax or tips?
Your voucher is only good toward products and services. Any remaining balance is not applicable towards sales tax or tips. So, if you’re redeeming a voucher for grooming services go ahead and treat your pup the works—bath, trim, nails, and teeth–to ensure you hit your voucher’s face value before applicable sales tax is added. Then, if the groomer does a pawesome job of cutting Fido’s tangled tresses, slip ‘em a five spot.
When will deals be available in my city?
It’s part of our world domination plan to feature wag worthy deals in every city across the United States. However, since taking over the world takes time, your city may not be featured at first. Don’t be disappointed—despite the fact that we often break for catnaps, we’re growing in dog years! Keep checking the drop down menu on our home page to see if your city has made it onto our “soon to be conquered list.” In the meantime, feel free to take advantage of our swiggity-sweet national deals.
